An article from The National on a debate over organ donations and when death takes place.  There are many Muslims who are resistant to organ donations, even in the United States.  The article highlights an issue for Muslim countries and socioties.  However I am not sure why the article characterized what is occurred as a debate.  Though debate may exist somewhere, none appears in the article itself.
